VWFS is seeking an undergraduate to join the Customer & Product Transformation function as a Project Management Undergraduate in Milton Keynes. The role is a 12-13 month FTC with a hybrid policy (office 3 days per week).

Qualifications

• Must be currently studying a business-related degree with a placement year.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to build stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage changing priorities.
• Able to work both in a team and independently; willing to learn.
• Awareness of AI and interest in improving ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Support production of clear project status reports.
• Monitor project plans, milestones and dependencies with delivery teams.
• Raise resource requests and assist with budget administration.
• Prepare meeting packs, take minutes, maintain logs, and build stakeholder relationships.
