Job summary

VWFS offers an undergraduate placement year in Milton Keynes with a hybrid working policy (office 3 days per week). The 12–13 month FTC starts around June/July, and the role includes analysis of project performance, mailbox management, timesheet support and reporting across multiple systems.

You must be studying for an undergraduate degree with a placement year; Master’s students are not eligible. Applications require commuting within 60 minutes of MK15 8HG.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a Business, Economics, IT or Psychology related degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and management information on project performance.
• Manage EPMO and Daptiv mailboxes, routing and responding to queries appropriately.
• Support timesheet approvals and related queries.
• Maintain accurate information in the PPM tool and support users where required.
• Support Quarterly Planning by creating communications, preparing reports, scheduling meetings and facilitating event activity.
• Support monthly reporting, financial movement analysis and data reconciliation across systems.
• Manage version control of documents and approve access requests for company drives.
• Build relationships across functions to improve and maintain data quality.
• Support programmes with Steering Committee documentation and ad hoc project tasks where applicable.

Hybrid working: We want you to get the best out of your placement, so we operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.

To apply for our undergraduate placement scheme, you must be studying for an undergraduate degree that requires a placement year. Master’s students are not eligible for this placement.
