SSE is offering a Project Management Summer Placement Programme across multiple Scottish locations including Aberdeen and Inverness. You will develop professional project management skills from day one while contributing to real projects in infrastructure and asset management.

The role targets students in their second year of undergraduate study (penultimate year for Masters) who are eager to learn, collaborate and take on new challenges within SSE's project teams.

At SSE, project management plays a vital role in delivering major infrastructure investments, capital projects and operational improvements across our business helping deliver large-scale transmission projects, our project teams work with a wide range of stakeholders to turn ambitious plans into successful outcomes.

Our Project Management Summer Placement Programme is designed for individuals who want to develop professional project management expertise while making a real impact from day one.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be in at least second year of your undergraduate degree.

If studying a Masters you should be in your penultimate year and intending to return to university following the completion of your placement.
