The Methodist Church in Britain offers a two-year fixed-term apprenticeship within Somerset Council's Apprenticeship Programme to support the Connect to Work initiative. The role focuses on project coordination, maintaining plans, trackers and records, and producing reports and meeting papers.

The position includes one day a week of study towards a Level 4 Project Management qualification, with hybrid working available.

Qualificações

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, or willingness to achieve these as part of the apprenticeship

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project administration and support for Connect to Work and related projects
• Maintain project plans, action trackers, risk logs and programme documentation
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations and performance information
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take notes and track actions
• Gather, analyse and present information to inform planning and decisions
• Work with employment, skills and inclusion colleagues to share information and collaborate
• Identify process improvements to reduce duplication and improve the resident journey
• Keep project records accurate, organised and up to date
• Support stakeholder engagement and communications
• Complete apprenticeship training towards Level 4 Project Management qualification
