As a Project Management Apprentice, you'll play a key role in supporting the rollout of innovative tech solutions at Virgin Media O2, with a starting salary of £25,000!

Make Things Happen

As an apprentice, you'll be at the core of bringing technical solutions to life—learning by doing and building skills to excel in your career. You'll work closely with experienced Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Solutions Architects to understand how large-scale technology projects are delivered in a fast-paced environment. This role involves gaining hands-on experience with Agile project management methodologies, from Waterfall to Agile, and seeing how ideas turn into action through iterative delivery.

• Keeping projects on track: Assist in managing workflows and project plans, maintain stakeholder communication, collaborate with team members, and ensure timely delivery.
• Shaping the roadmap: Help develop clear roadmaps, break projects into stages, identify timelines, and highlight risks.
• Clearing the way: Assist in identifying and resolving issues that could cause delays, raising concerns early, and ensuring teams have what they need to progress.

What is involved with studying for an apprenticeship?

This apprenticeship combines on-the-job learning with academic study, spending approximately 20% of your working hours on coursework with our training providers. You'll receive support throughout your learning journey and, upon completion, earn a nationally recognized qualification.
