Using your experience of working with multiple stakeholders, you will support SEW by leading the continued implementation of NR-RailHub enhancements. You will deliver change by following plans that you have created and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues. You will also support SEW in undertaking independent assurance activities to provide the Route Executive with evidence that staff safety is managed in line with Standards.

About the role (External)

Your Main Responsibilities will be to:

  1. Agree remit and success criteria of change projects with the relevant Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors.
  2. Manage the development and delivery of change projects in compliance with company processes and procedures.
  3. Manage the production of project management plans for change projects.
  4. Establish and manage collaborative cross-functional virtual teams to deliver change projects, where appropriate.
  5. Deliver regular progress reports on change projects, including relevant risks and issues, to Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors.
  6. Manage project budgets within agreed targets.
  7. Promote and monitor the use of efficiency improvement methods.

You will ideally have

  • Experience of working in change projects
  • Understanding of applying project methodologies
