Job description

We’re making big improvements across our logistics network and we need a Project & Implementation Manager to help us make them happen.

This role is part of the Productivity & Programmes team, driving change that helps us move goods more efficiently from our distribution centres into our stores, with the end customer always in mind.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading medium to large scale projects across our logistics network, from automation to process improvement initiatives

  • Building and owning project plans, tracking progress using Gantt charts, and making sure milestones are hit

  • Working closely with on site teams and central functions to ensure smooth delivery and sustainable outcomes

  • Turning strategy into action by implementing initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, and service

  • Championing automation and innovation, identifying where tech can improve how we operate

About you

We’re looking for someone with proven project management experience within logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing. This is a chance to work across our full logistics network and play a key role in how we serve customers better, faster, and smarter. You will also have:

  • Confidence using Gantt charts and project planning tools to manage delivery

  • Experience with automation or mechanisation projects

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to bring people with you during change

  • A customer first mindset and the drive to deliver tangible results
