Job description

We’re looking for curious minds and problem solvers to join our Productivity & Programmes team in Logistics as a Productivity / Continuous Improvement Specialist.

If you're passionate about finding smarter ways to work, driving operational improvements, and making a real difference across our distribution centres, this is a perfect next step.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting continuous improvement projects across the logistics network, from idea generation to implementation

  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve the flow of goods into our stores

  • Using data to analyse performance, identify trends and help implement changes that benefit colleagues and customers alike

  • Working cross-functionally with warehouse teams, project managers, and operations leaders to deliver improvements

  • Keeping the end customer in mind at all times, ensuring our stores get what they need, when they need it

About you

We’re looking for someone with some experience in continuous improvement, productivity, or operational excellence roles, ideally in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain. This is a great opportunity to grow within a fast paced logistics network that keeps millions of customers fed every week. You will also have:

  • The ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
