Job summary

Warfel Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our fast-paced, client-focused team in Delaware. The PM will ensure projects stay on schedule and budget while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities include coordinating with estimators and vendors, leading internal kick-off meetings, preparing cost projections, and maintaining rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with a strong emphasis on management.
• 2–4 years general experience; 4–6 years management experience.
• Experience with construction projects ranging from $250k to $10M in size.
• Proven experience leading diverse and multi-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Experience managing budgets for complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Interact with estimating to develop costs and invite bids from vendors.
• Initiate project start-up with PM, superintendent and estimator.
• Prepare cost projections and documentation monthly.
• Manage cost and labor analysis; track project progress and budgets.
• Communicate with clients and design teams to promote Client Loyalty.
• Develop detailed, project-specific schedules and manage changes.
