The role emphasizes cost control, detailed scheduling, effective communication, and strong leadership across multifaceted teams. You will oversee start-up meetings, cost projections, billing, and document control to deliver successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with management emphasis.
• 2–4 years general experience; 4–6 years management experience.
• Experience with construction projects from $250k to $10M.
• Proven experience leading diverse, multi-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Interact with estimating to monitor costs and bid projects.
• Initiate start-up meetings and assign responsibilities.
• Prepare monthly cost projections and documentation.
• Manage costs and labor analysis; seek cost efficiencies.
• Communicate with client and design team to promote Client Loyalty.
• Establish detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor buys and manage records.
• Ensure document management and change orders are current.
• Produce on-time billing and support project engineers.
• Attend jobsite meetings to track progress.
