Zusammenfassung

Atlas Copco is seeking a Project Engineer for our Bolton, United Kingdom site to own and deliver custom engineered orders within the Process Vacuum Systems & Solutions business. You will report to the Project Lead and collaborate with the Contracts team to ensure projects are sound engineering solutions delivered on time, to budget and to specification.

You will manage contracts from order receipt through commissioning, lead resources, and maintain project workbook costs, production/resource

Qualifikationen

• Experience in project management.
• Experience of systems engineering, preferably in process/chemical engineering.
• Self-motivated, able to lead resources and work well in a team.
• Knowledge of vacuum technology is an added advantage.
• Familiar with international design standards and codes.

Aufgaben

• Assisting and supporting the Project Lead and Business Manager.
• Manage contracts from receipt to commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget and specification.
• Drive the change process to maximise revenue and avoid liquidated damages; liaise with Sales, Project Lead and Contracts manager.
• Prepare and maintain the Project Workbook cost spreadsheet; monitor costs and optimize OPR.
• Estimate lead times and prepare detailed production/resource plans and progress reports.
• Produce technical and commercial documents, drawings, material requisitions, and production schedules with high quality.
