ALTEN is a global engineering and technology consultancy delivering innovative engineering solutions across aerospace, energy, rail and IT. We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead and coordinate complex engineering work packages in a highly regulated environment.

You will translate objectives into executable plans, manage risks, and drive delivery with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule are met, while supporting continuous improvement and stakeholder

Qualifications

A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Experience delivering engineering projects in complex or regulated environments.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing scope, risks, dependencies and schedules.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate engineering activities across multidisciplinary teams.
Act as the primary interface between engineering teams and programme/project management functions.
Translate project objectives into clear engineering delivery plans.
Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor progress ensuring delivery against schedule, cost, quality and performance objectives.
Coordinate design reviews, project meetings and stakeholder engagement.
Support planning, forecasting and reporting of engineering deliverables.
Ensure delivery in line with standards, processes and governance.
