Job summary

ALTEN is seeking a Civil Engineering Technical Lead to provide expert oversight across complex infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong background in civil engineering design and/or delivery on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience reviewing technical specifications, studies and engineering documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and complex project environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on building-specific and civil engineering design matters.
• Produce, review, and assess technical documentation and engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders through meetings.
• Support the review of technical specifications and engineering studies.
• Ensure engineering solutions comply with standards, regulations and project requirements.
• Contribute to lessons learned and best practices across the project.
