Carey Group is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team delivering complex infrastructure and construction projects across London. This role offers real responsibility within a fast-paced environment, working alongside experienced engineers, construction teams, and project leadership to drive delivery of critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or degree in Civil Engineering (or similar) required.
• SMSTS and TWC qualifications preferred.
• Experience on major civils, energy and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications; strong technical knowledge.
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills; confident communicator across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating site engineering activities and liaising with clients, designers, and subcontractors.
• Managing technical compliance, setting out, and construction information.
• Monitoring progress against programme, cost, and quality targets.
• Supporting procurement, logistics, and material management.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Ensuring robust health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
