Job summary

Careys Foundation is seeking a Project Engineer in London to join our Engineering team. You will help deliver complex infrastructure and construction projects across London, taking on responsibility within a fast-paced environment alongside experienced engineers and project leadership.

You will coordinate site activities, ensure technical compliance, track progress against programme, and support procurement and logistics while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience on major civils, energy & infrastructure projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• SMSTS and TWC qualifications.
• HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site engineering activities and liaise with clients, designers and subcontractors.
• Manage technical compliance, setting out, and construction information.
• Monitor progress against programme, cost and quality targets.
• Support procurement, logistics, and material management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure robust health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
