Super Prime D&B New Build Country Residence

Location: Hampshire/Surrey

A well established high end residential contractor with a strong presence in the Country Homes Market. With a reputation for delivering exceptional projects, they specialise in bespoke residential refurbishments and new builds.

They are a market leader in Super Prime Residential construction and have an exceptional forward order book, with numerous sizeable projects above £10m secured for the coming years.

The Opportunity

This role will be based on site, leading a magnificent D&B new build project. With a contract value well over £25m this impressive new build, sits within a grand country estate with historical significance.

The new property will reflect the grandeur and style of the previous manor house, and will have details and finishes of the highest standards.

We are seeking a Project Director or Senior Project Manager who has a solid track record within the Super Prime Residential market, and who has delivered design & build projects of this scale.

This role demands comprehensive oversight of all aspects of the project, from initial design through to finishes and handover.

As a D&B project this requires a certain skill set and experience to operate without the traditional consultant architects and engineers.

You will be working with an experienced team, reporting to an established regional director and working closely with their in house design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee the entire Design & Build contract, ensuring all project phases are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the full project team.
• Client Liaison: Engage with an UHNW private client.
• Project Execution: Manage the construction of a complex 30,000 sq ft main house, ancillary buildings, pool building, and extensive landscaping.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in managing Super Prime Residential projects. D&B experience will be highly favoured.
• Leadership: Previous experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager or having run your own business in prime residential.
• Skills: Strong project management skills, ability to lead a team, and excellent client communication.
