An industry-leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking a Project Director to lead the successful delivery of a flagship mixed-use development in Central London. This high-profile scheme combines residential, commercial, retail, and leisure elements, with a project value exceeding £300m.

As Project Director, you will:

• Lead a large multidisciplinary team, managing project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Represent the main contractor in all client, stakeholder, and authority engagements.
• Provide strategic oversight, commercial leadership, and ensure programme excellence.
• Be responsible for governance, risk management, and compliance on site.

We’re looking for a Project Director with:

• Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale (£100m+) mixed-use or high-rise developments in the UK.
• Background working with Tier 1 main contractors in a senior leadership role.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of modern construction methods and regulations.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams and foster collaborative working cultures.
