SES Engineering Services is seeking a Project Director to join our team working on complex Mechanical and Electrical projects in London.

About the Role

Our Project Directors are key to our business. This role focuses on providing leadership, insight, and direction to ensure the safe and profitable delivery of schemes, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, team development, and supporting business growth opportunities.

As our Project Director, you will:

  • Support project teams in managing supply chains to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Maintain safety targets and standards, understanding what safety excellence entails.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging input from all team members and implementing safety enhancements.
  • Lead operational excellence and efficiency through leadership indicator reviews during all project phases.
