SES Engineering Services is seeking a Project Director to join our London team, working on complex Mechanical and Electrical projects across the region.

About the Role

Our Project Directors are vital to our business. The focus of this role is to provide visible leadership, insight, direction, and foresight to ensure the safe and profitable delivery of schemes, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and developing the team.

As our Project Director, you will:

1. Lead the project team and manage the supply chain to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
2. Maintain safety targets and standards by understanding what safety excellence entails.
3. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking input from the project team and encouraging safety enhancements.
4. Lead and manage operational excellence and efficiency through leadership indicator reviews during the bid, pre-construction, and construction phases.
