We're looking for a Project Director to join our build team based in London.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Project Director, you will oversee the delivery of projects valued between £50m - £100m within the Custodial, Residential, and Commercial Sectors for Kier Strategic Projects. Your responsibilities include monitoring build progress, overseeing finances, ensuring quality delivery, and providing leadership and direction to Project Managers to implement project actions.

Your Day To Day Will Include

1. Managing the pre-construction phase against programme readiness for the construction phase.
2. Managing operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
3. Implementing the project plan and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
4. Managing multidisciplinary teams to meet client expectations.
5. Providing timely and accurate progress reports to the client.
