Legendre UK is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead successful delivery of construction projects in the UK. You will own operational, commercial and financial performance while guiding high-performing teams and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

The role emphasizes safe, on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on continuous improvement, governance and sustainability across projects in a main contractor context.

Qualifications

• Senior construction experience with a proven track record delivering projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Strong commercial and operational expertise.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and client/consultant/subcontractor relationships.
• Strategic and pragmatic approach with strong decision-making skills.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety, quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget, and quality.
• Drive operational and commercial performance, overseeing budgets, costs, margins, forecasts, risks and programmes.
• Lead and develop project teams with effective resource planning and collaboration.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation to improve efficiency, cost, quality and programme.
• Ensure compliance and responsible delivery with high standards of governance and CSR.
• Senior construction leadership with experience in main contractor environments.
• Provide strategic leadership and drive operational excellence across projects.

We are looking for an experience Project Director to lead the successful delivery of construction projects. You will take overall responsibility for operational, commercial and financial performance, while leading high-performing teams and building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. • Lead project delivery from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Drive operational and commercial performance, overseeing budgets, costs, margins, forecasts, risks, programmes and contractual requirements.
• Lead and develop project teams, ensuring effective resource planning, mobilisation, collaboration and high performance.
• Manage key relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders, acting as a senior representative of the Company.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation, challenging existing processes and construction methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, cost and programme.
• Ensure compliance and responsible delivery, maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, governance, CSR and sustainability across projects.
• Senior construction experience with a proven track record delivering projects from mobilisation through to completion, ideally within a main contractor environment.
• Strong commercial and operational expertise
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build strong client, consultant and subcontractor relationships.
