Job summary

UK Restoration Services is seeking a Construction Project Manager to act as the main point of contact throughout the project life cycle, coordinating works with the construction team, subcontractors and stakeholders, and ensuring successful handover upon completion.

The role requires managing design, budget and programme, producing client progress reports, and coordinating external consultants to deliver projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Project Management experience in a construction environment.
• Experience delivering projects to client satisfaction.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Able to understand, create and manage project schedules.
• Experienced in the identification, analysis and management of project risks.
• Programming and scheduling experience.
• Proven track record of ensuring quality is always delivered in line with client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate works to ensure timely delivery, liaising with the construction team, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Provide Project Management support on additional works at other sites.
• Manage all pre-commencement works across design, budget, and program.
• Prepare regular client progress reports.
• Manage external consultants required to deliver the project.
• Liaise with and progress report to stakeholders and clients.
• Obtain quotes from 3rd parties and raise internal purchase requisitions.
• Manage project variations.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to determine project specifications.
• Ensure contracted resources deliver on duration, cost and quality; address under-performance.
• Prepare snagging list and manage close-out.
• Produce, manage and implement safe schemes of work (RAMS/CPP).
• Produce, manage and drive SHEQ on each project.
• Monitor activities and performance of projects.
• Any other reasonable requests made by your line manager.

We have an exciting and challenging position for a Construction Project Manager Job Vacancy who will act as a key point of contact throughout the life cycle of a project for internal and external stakeholders and will enable the successful handover upon completion.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of works to ensure timely delivery of the project including liaison with the construction team, sub-contractors and stakeholders.
• Provide Project Management support on any additional works carried out on other sites where necessary
• Manage all pre-commencement project works across design, budget, and program

• Prepare snagging list and manage the close out of these items

• Produce, manage and drive SHEQ on each project

• Any other reasonable requests made by your line manager

Experience:
