Job Overview

The responsibilities include:

1. Owning the vehicle development plan for the Chassis/Vehicle Motion Control team (internal & supplier).
2. Leading vehicle preparation and ensuring specifications are aligned with needs/tuning updates.
3. Conducting in-vehicle integration and validation activities.
4. Supporting overall Chassis Domain Software and validation planning.
5. Supporting the Software Integration team, leading problem identification and resolution for the Chassis Domain.
6. Supporting VMC team Systems Engineers and Calibration Engineers.

This position is UK-based, with some expectation for occasional EU travel.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in a relevant subject area or significant equivalent experience.
• More than 3 years of experience in Vehicle Motion, electronics, software, and functions.
• Organized with effective communication skills for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with CAN/Vector tools for logging and fault diagnosis.
• Understanding of Vehicle Motion / Chassis System Functions.
• Experienced or trained driver (e.g., 3PG, L3, or similar).
• Hands-on engineering background (in-vehicle, workshops, testing).
