Job summary

Argos Operations is seeking a Project Delivery Support to provide day-to-day support in delivering change projects. You will work across multiple initiatives, assisting programme delivery managers, business leads, third party partners and transformation teams to land new processes, systems and capabilities on time and within budget.

• Experience in retail/logistics/fulfilment operations.
• Strong organisational, administrative and project coordination skills.
• Experience supporting projects or operational change in Logistics, Fulfilment, Retail or Supply Chain.
• Familiarity with project management and Agile ways of working.
• Ability to perform analysis and summarise insights clearly.

Responsibilities

About The Team

The Argos Operations team bring change activity together across a broad operational landscape – creating the structure, visibility and governance needed to turn multiple initiatives into a coherent plan. You will join a collaborative team that works across functions including Property, Procurement, Technology, Digital, Finance and Facilities Management, while connecting with the Transformation Portfolio Office and other programme teams to share best practice and improve consistency.

More About The Role

The Project Delivery Support will provide essential day to day support in the delivery of change projects in Argos Operations. You’ll work flexibly across multiple initiatives, supporting programme delivery managers, business leads, third party partners and transformation teams to ensure new processes, systems and capabilities land on time, within budget, and deliver the expected performance benefits.

As a key role within the Transformation & Delivery team, the goal is to maintain strong project governance, perform quality assurance activities, support system changes, prepare materials, and act as first line support partner for colleagues and change leads. The role ensures best practice is followed, issues are spotted early, stakeholders are engaged, and the impact on the business is well understood and managed.

Day to Day Impact

• Support stakeholder coordination across Logistics, Transformation, Technology, Property, 3PLs and other partners.
• Compile project governance packs, reports and updates – including gathering inputs from key stakeholders across Logistics, Fulfilment, 3PL partners and internal teams.
• Maintain documentation (logs, highlight reports, decision logs) and distribute updates to relevant audiences.
• Act as a reliable reference point for queries about project status, actions and next steps.
• Carry out compliance audits related to new processes or routines; track actions and work with stakeholders to ensure timely follow up.
• Provide first line support during implementation and early adoption triaging issues, coordinating fixes and escalating where needed.
• Support benefits tracking and KPI measurement as projects embed into the network.
• Assist with the handover process from project to BAU, ensuring documentation, training materials and routines are clear and sustainable.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues in Logistics, Fulfilment, Retail Ops, Tech and 3rd-party partners.
• Coach and support stakeholders to embed new processes and routines, enabling long‑term capability and sustainable outcomes.
• Work flexibly across shifting priorities and multiple workstreams, supporting team needs as the transformation portfolio evolves.
