Job summary

GCHQ in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Support Officer to contribute to the delivery of projects and programmes across the organisation, supporting planning, governance and reporting. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, stakeholders and customers to maintain high-quality information and respond to emerging issues.

The role offers flexible working options where possible, with on-site requirements and potential UK travel.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at grade 4/C or above including English and Maths, or equivalent Level 2.
• Experience in a PMO, project controls or delivery environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and scheduling, risk management and governance.
• Engage stakeholders and manage change control and financial control activities.
• Support assurance and reporting across projects and programmes.
