Job description

As a member of the 360T Projects team taking care of a portfolio of projects within the FX industry, your primary focus will be on project delivery, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT development, system vendors, operations, and client services, to drive projects from initiation to completion, while maintaining a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Project Portfolio Oversight: Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, organizational goals, and project objectives
• Customer Business Analysis: Analyze customer business needs through interviews, document review, workshops, and process descriptions to identify potential for automatization
• Stakeholder Communication: Translate business requirements into development tasks using standard templates and clear language, facilitating effective communication among multiple stakeholders
• Project Planning and Execution: Coordinate requirement prioritization and development pipeline alignment with customers, product managers, IT, and stakeholders
• Performance Evaluation: Evaluate project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Quality Assurance: Define and document testing needs to ensure comprehensive quality assurance
• Team Leadership: Provide support and guidance to sales teams, including pre-sales assistance, train staff and facilitate knowledge transfer to client support teams

Your Profile

• Financial Industry Experience: Strong knowledge and understanding of the financial industry, particularly in foreign exchange (FX) and OTC trading as well as treasury processes. Experience working in or with financial institutions, investment banks, or trading firms is highly desirable
• Project Portfolio Management Expertise: Proven experience in management of a project portfolio with a wide range of projects at the same time, particularly in delivering technology projects within the financial sector
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of messaging technologies and product integration; FIX, REST, XML, SOAP should be familiar
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges, resolve issues, and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track
• Ownership and Team Management: Demonstrated leadership / ownership abilities to motivate and manage project teams, foster collaboration, and drive project delivery excellence
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in FX trading platform development and project management
• Business or Computer Sciences degree. Master is a plus
• PMP or IPMA Level-D certified is a plus
• 3+ years experience in banking, asset management or in a financial technology company
