Job description

As a member of the 360T Projects team managing a portfolio of projects within the FX industry, your primary focus will be on project delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT development, system vendors, operations, and client services, to drive projects from initiation to completion, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Project Portfolio Oversight: Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, organizational goals, and project objectives.
• Customer Business Analysis: Analyze customer business needs through interviews, document review, workshops, and process descriptions to identify automation opportunities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Translate business requirements into development tasks using standard templates and clear language, facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
• Project Planning and Execution: Coordinate requirement prioritization and development pipeline alignment with customers, product managers, IT, and stakeholders.
• Performance Evaluation: Evaluate project performance against KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Quality Assurance: Define and document testing needs to ensure comprehensive quality assurance.
• Team Leadership: Support and guide sales teams, including pre-sales assistance, staff training, and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Your Profile

• Financial Industry Experience: Strong knowledge of the financial industry, especially FX, OTC trading, and treasury processes. Experience in financial institutions, investment banks, or trading firms is highly desirable.
• Project Portfolio Management: Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, particularly in delivering financial sector technology projects.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of messaging technologies and product integration, including FIX, REST, XML, SOAP.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong abilities to resolve technical challenges, issues, and make data-driven decisions.
• Leadership and Ownership: Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage project teams, foster collaboration, and ensure project delivery excellence.
• Continuous Improvement: Commitment to ongoing learning, industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in FX trading platforms and project management.
• Education: Business or Computer Sciences degree; a Master’s is a plus. Certifications such as PMP or IPMA Level-D are advantageous.
• Experience: 3+ years in banking, asset management, or fintech companies.
