Responsibilities

• Record and understand the key project deliverables and milestones.
• Lead multiple projects and track progress within a programme.
• Produce and manage project documentation.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
• Oversee health and safety to current legislation and best practice.
• Review progress against project commitments regularly.
• Maintain accurate project records for compliance and objectives.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and specs.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage sub-contractors across the project lifecycle.
• Provide status reports to the Project Services Director.
• Keep informed about industry trends and construction tech.
• Carry out other duties as directed by the Project Services Director.
