Job summary

PWS Technical Services (UK) Ltd is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple engineering schemes, ensuring delivery on time, to budget and to agreed quality. This role supports the Head of Projects and collaborates across Engineering, Production and other departments, with a focus on end-to-end project lifecycle and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have an HNC or equivalent, strong communication skills and a track record of successful project delivery in technically complex

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar senior project role.
• Proven ability to manage cost, time and quality constraints.
• Background in engineering discipline and project delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple schemes in parallel in line with business needs.
• Deliver projects from setup to close including lessons learned.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production and other departments to meet requirements.
• Mentor and support Project Managers within the team.
• Maintain project plans, budgets and risk/issue management.
