Job summary

First Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead for its client in Newhaven. The role involves taking ownership of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery against programme, budget, quality and safety objectives.

You will oversee multiple projects within a wider programme, coordinating internal teams, clients and subcontractors to achieve efficient delivery and high standards.

Qualifications

• Proactive, solutions-focused individual with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project delivery and construction management roles.
• Familiarity with CDM regulations and Health & Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects within a programme of works and monitor milestones.
• Produce and maintain project documentation.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and best practice.
• Conduct regular project reviews and progress meetings.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Manage project quality and deliverables to required standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and construction technologies.
