Job summary

HD Surveyors Ltd. is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support consultancy-led project delivery from inception through completion.

The role covers a range of sectors and will be based in Bristol, working with experienced Project Managers to develop practical delivery and client-facing experience. The position is full-time and permanent with a base salary of £35,000–£40,000, plus profit share, APC support, pension, private healthcare, and other benefits.

Qualifications

Degree in project management, construction, property or another relevant discipline.
Minimum one year of practical UK project management experience.
Working towards an APC with support provided.
Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Assist with the delivery of property and construction instructions from inception through completion and close-out.
Support project planning, procurement, risk management, reporting, and programme monitoring.
Work across commercial, industrial, logistics, retail, life sciences, and occupier-led projects.
Coordinate information between consultants, contractors and internal teams.
Monitor programmes, budgets and key deliverables.
Prepare project documentation and client-facing reports for meetings.
Assist with contract administration and change management during delivery.
Maintain risk registers and programme information.
