Full Time – Permanent

Location: Leicester

Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours

Basic Salary: £30,000.00 to £35,000.00 Per Annum DOE

Project Coordinator Role
  • Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and architects.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines efficiently.
  • Oversee invoice and proforma payments, ensuring timely processing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Contract Team to monitor progress and address variations.
  • Support other departments and utilize skills to enhance service level agreements.
  • Work effectively in a busy environment, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Maintain a proactive attitude, ensuring all project administration tasks are completed within SLAs and deadlines.
