We are hiring! Circet UK is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of municipal services.

  1. Coordination for large buildouts and infrastructure refreshes.
  2. Interfacing with Project Managers and customer representatives.
  3. Initiating and monitoring scheduling of completion dates.
  4. Updating databases to track jobs.
  5. Resolving customer concerns.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build good working relationships.
