Are you a natural organiser with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and seeing projects through from start to finish? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Delivery Operations team.

In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers throughout multi-product delivery journeys—ensuring that every stage runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll collaborate across engineering, procurement, scheduling, and delivery teams to coordinate small to medium-sized projects, supporting the seamless execution of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for customers throughout delivery.
  • Coordinate small to mid-sized projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
  • Track progress, manage updates, and resolve customer queries.
  • Schedule engineers and allocate resources effectively.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Monitor budgets, risks, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Support account managers and mentor junior team members.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Delivery team.

Qualifications

We’re seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Project Coordinator with experience in Telecoms or IT managed services. You’ll be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.

You should bring strong attention to detail, confidence using Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of project coordination, budgeting, and commercial drivers. The ability to collaborate across teams, problem-solve quickly, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude is key.
