This is a remote position.
We’re looking for a confident, organised and people-focusedProject Manager to lead client onboarding, deliver training, and support users of our software platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is comfortable guiding clients through the success implementation of SchoolGrid and beyond.
You'll be working directly with the COO and full training will be given so this is an excellent opportunity if you're looking for your next opportunity that will give you the ability to lead your own project portfolio.
Our Head office is in Livingston, Scotland, but we're open to this role being remote, but please note that training will happen in our Head office or our Leeds office so please ensure you'd be happy to commute to one of these locations at least once or twice a week during your onboarding period.
Manage a portfolio of client projects from handover through to go live and beyond.
Lead onboarding meetings, plan timelines, and guide clients through key milestones.
Attend go lives and provide support to ensure a successful transition.
Maintain accurate records in Zoho and ensure project progress is well tracked and having timely and accurate reports.
Develop a strong working knowledge of our software platform across all user types, don't worry we'll provide training!
Host training sessions (webinars, remote, and occasional onsite)
Create and maintain clear, accessible training materials and user guides (with input from Customer Care)
Support the rollout of new features and ensure clients are trained and informed.
Act as the lead contact for clients during onboarding and training stages.
Build trusted relationships and confidently guide clients through their setup.
Support Customer Care during peak periods or with more complex client needs.
Monitor the overall client experience and work proactively to maintain high satisfaction.
Proven experience managing software or technology platform implementations
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A confident, proactive communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable leading client conversations, managing expectations, and keeping delivery on track
Ability to build strong, positive relationships with clients while providing clear guidance
Quick to understand complex systems and explain them clearly to varied audiences
Experience in public sector or service-based industries such as education or catering (desirable)
Collaborative approach — able to work across Customer Care, Service and Development teams

Remote first, with access to office space – we typically ask for 1 to 2 office days a week during onboarding, then 1 to 2 days a month after that.
