Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Project Controls Specialists (all levels) to support our PMO Midlands team with planning, scheduling, performance reporting and risk management across diverse programmes. The role involves delivering tailored reporting, developing PMB baselines, and integrating data from multiple sources to support client governance and decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project or programme environment is essential.
• Understanding of how other aspects of Project Controls interact with Reporting.
• Awareness of Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager and Ecosys is desirable.
• Experience using data analysis tools (Power BI) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Tailoring reporting processes to meet the client’s needs and align with best practice.
• Delivering performance and reporting management plans based on project requirements.
• Promoting the benefits and requirements of Performance Reporting & Analytics within the project team.
• Implementing and maintaining reporting systems to track project controls performance.
• Leading the development and maintenance of corporate datasets.
