Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Director to lead a range of commissions, managing performance measurement and reporting within major programmes. You will be a highly experienced practitioner in project controls disciplines including estimating, cost control, planning, risk and change control.

You will design and implement systems to deliver effective performance measurement and reporting and foster a controls-based culture across organisations.

Qualifications

• Typically, a qualified graduate in a relevant discipline with eight or more years relevant experience or more than ten years’ experience in a project control environment.
• Proven track record as a Project Controls Leader, delivering performance measurement and analysis for major programmes.
• Experience implementing controls-based systems and fostering a culture of performance reporting across organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the performance measurement and reporting solution on major projects.
• Provide specialist controls consultancy and advice on project controls systems and processes.
• Train and conduct project performance reviews to drive improvements.
