Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our Midlands and Central South region’s growing project controls team. You will lead controls delivery across multidiscipline commissions, ensuring best-practice planning, analytics, reporting, and governance while coordinating resources and client engagement.

The role requires strong communication, SME-level expertise in project controls disciplines, and a proven track record in delivering accurate project data and controls

Qualifications

• Experience leading a project controls team on major commissions or projects.
• Understanding of client objectives and procurement strategies and their impact on controls.
• Subject Matter Expertise in Planning, Analytics and Reporting, Risk, Cost Control or Change.
• Familiarity with project controls tools such as Primavera, MS Project, Asta Powerproject and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver project controls across major commissions, coordinating resources and scope.
• Ensure data quality, governance and timely status reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide line management, mentoring and development for the project controls team.
• Prepare bids or proposals with robust controls input and assurance.
