Our client, an energy infrastructure company, is seeking a Project Controls Officer for a 12-month contract within the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Construction industries, based in Rochester. The role is inside IR35.
Role:
As a Project Controls Officer, you will work with the wider Project Controls team to ensure departmental deliverables are prepared on time and communicated clearly, such as the Project Management Plan.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining SharePoint and Power BI dashboards, change control, and risk management. You will also develop and deliver core functions within the Engineering & Construction department.
You will be involved in governance reporting, including compiling key datasets, performance indicators, and metrics. Planning and schedule development within a multi-project environment, analyzing and reporting key metrics from integrated programmes (Primavera and MS Project).
Candidate requirements:
The Project Controls Officer will support the Project Controls lead with administration and team organization. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse individuals.
