Duration: 12 months
Our client, an energy infrastructure company, is seeking a Project Controls Officer for a 12-month contract within the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Construction industries, based in Rochester, inside IR35.
Role:
The Project Controls Officer will work with the wider Project Controls team to ensure departmental deliverables are prepared on time and communicated clearly, such as the Project Management Plan.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining SharePoint and Power BI dashboards, managing change control and risk, and developing core functions within the Engineering & Construction department.
The role involves governance reporting, compiling key datasets, performance indicators, and metrics, as well as planning and schedule development within a multi-project environment, analyzing and reporting key metrics from programs like Primavera and MS Project.
Candidate Support:
The Project Controls Officer will support the Project Controls lead with administration and team organization. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse individuals.
