Our Client an Energy infrastructure company are seeking Project Controls Officer and this role is placed within Oil & Gas, Energy and Construction industry based in Rochester location for a 12 months contract Inside IR35.
Role:
As a Project Controls Officer you shall work with the wider Project Controls function to ensure departmental deliverables are prepared on time and communicated clearly within the team, e.g., Project Management Plan
Responsibilities:
As a Project Controls Officer you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining SharePoint and Power BI dashboards, Change control and risk management. And also, be responsible for the development and delivery of the core functions within the Engineering & Construction department.
You will be involved in Governance reporting, including the compilation of key datasets, performance indicators and metrics. Planning and schedule development within a multi-project environment, including analysing and reporting key metrics from integrated programmes (Primavera and MS Project).
Role will require the candidate to:
Project Controls Officer will support the Project Controls lead with administration and wider team organisation. The role requires an individual that has excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse cohort of individuals.
