Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Derby is seeking a Project Controller to govern and report on the portfolio within Test & Experimental Engineering. The role supports budgeting, risk management and milestone delivery across global projects, with a hybrid work pattern of three days on site per week.

You will collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams, ensure alignment with management processes, and drive assurance checks within change management for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification preferable or equivalent industry experience and member of a professional body and working towards an APMPQ qualification or equivalent.
• Good communication, presentation skills and an ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager to govern, manage and report on the portfolio of projects within TEE.
• Organise and facilitate the regular drum beat of meetings.
• Coordinate inputs for the Capital Budget process to support annual commitments, including 5YP and resource planning.
• Support the delivery of the TEE key milestones and the wider portfolio of projects.
• Coordinate and report on risk management across the portfolio.
• Support and implement assurance checks for the change management process for the portfolio.
• Interface with the central Project Management Office to implement best practice and ensure alignment with company management processes.
