Rolls-Royce is seeking a Project Controller for Derby (Test & Experimental Engineering). The role is hybrid with three days on site, and you will govern a portfolio of test projects, manage budget inputs, and support milestones and risk processes.

You will interface with the PMO to ensure alignment with Rolls-Royce processes and assurance checks. The successful candidate will have experience as a Project Controller in a portfolio environment, strong accountability for cost/time/quality, and a

• Experience of working as a Project Controller in a portfolio environment.
• Significant personal accountability for quality, time, cost and performance.
• Degree level qualification preferable or equivalent; member of a professional body and working towards APMPQ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager to govern, manage and report on the portfolio of projects within T&EE.
• Organise and facilitate the regular drum beat of meetings.
• Coordinate inputs from across Group T&EE sub-functions for the Capital Budget process (5YP and resource planning).
• Support delivery of T&EE milestones and wider portfolio projects.
• Coordinate and report on risk management across the portfolio.
• Support assurance checks for change management within the portfolio.
• Interface with the central Project Management Office to align with company processes.
