Position: Project Control Specialist - Permanent – Tax Free

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct project health check assessments for joint venture projects and present outcomes to the project sponsor.
2. Review and monitor project performance; present results to the project team and sponsor.
3. Prepare reports analyzing project progress during development or execution stages.
4. Perform project risk analyses.
5. Manage the database for lessons learned across projects.
6. Support project teams with best practices in project oversight and control.
7. Provide consulting in project management areas such as economics, governance, organization setup, cost estimating, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
8. Assist in developing business plans, project feasibility studies, and technical development.
9. Analyze claims and advise on negotiation strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in project management, including 10 years in project control (planning, scheduling, and cost control).
• PMP and PMI-SP certifications from PMI or equivalent.
• Certification from AACEI or similar organization.
• Experience with mega projects in refineries, petrochemicals, or infrastructure industries.
• Experience in scope development, scheduling, and cost estimation.
• Ability to develop benchmarking databases from a cost and industry perspective.
