Join a specialist UK consultancy as part of the growing Building Safety team. This is a new position created in response to the Building Safety Act, seeking someone who can support the CDM/Health & Safety Team as a BR/PD and Building Regulations Consultant. Our client is looking for a professional with a Building Control background and strong knowledge of building regulations to deliver BSA-related projects within the team. This role can be performed from anywhere in the UK, but proximity to London is preferred.

As a Senior Building Control Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering the Principal Designer (Building Regulations) role, primarily for Safety Management and the wider company. This includes contributing to the PD/BR functions, processes, and competency evidence.
