Project Control Specialist - Permanent – Tax Free

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct project health check assessments for joint venture projects and present the outcomes to the project sponsor.
- Review and monitor project performance and present results to the project team and project sponsor.
- Prepare reports analyzing project progress during development or execution stages.
- Perform project risk analyses.
- Manage the database for project lessons learned.
- Conduct benchmarking studies.
- Support the project team by providing best practices in project oversight and control.
- Provide consulting services in project management, including project economics, governance, organization setup, cost estimating, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
- Support the development of business plans, project feasibility studies, and technical development.
- Analyze claims and advise on negotiation strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized and approved program. A master's degree in engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of work experience in project management, including at least 10 years in project control (e.g., planning, scheduling, and cost control).
- PMP and PMI-SP certifications from the Project Management Institute (or equivalent).
- Certified by AACE International (or equivalent) as an Advanced Cost Engineer.
- Experience working on mega projects in refineries, petrochemicals, or infrastructure industries.
- Experience in developing project scope, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Ability to enhance benchmarking databases from a cost and industry perspective.
