To enhance our project delivery capabilities, we are seeking a talented Project Commercial Manager. As we enter this exciting phase for the water industry, maintaining industry-leading commercial and cost management practices is essential to outperform objectives and meet customer expectations.
You will be responsible for the commercial and cost management of a project or portfolio of projects from inception to close-out, reporting directly to an Integrated Projects Leader (IPL). Your role will involve ensuring maximum efficiencies and full compliance with governance procedures, providing commercial challenge, and supporting project success.
Ideally, you’ll have a degree and certifications such as RICS, CIOB, or CICES. You should have experience managing complex projects, preferably up to multi-million-pound projects. Skills in NEC contracts, negotiation, estimation, stakeholder management, and a strong commercial focus are essential. You should act with integrity, champion collaboration, and work well under pressure, supporting your team with empathy and building strong relationships.
