Reporting to the Senior Delivery Manager and based at Celtic Park, Glasgow, this role is a vital part of Celtic FCFoundation’s operations. The Project Coordinator will support the delivery of a wide range of communityprojects, with a strong focus on poverty alleviation and social inclusion. In addition, the role will involvemanagement responsibility, including the supervision of sessional staff or junior team members to ensureeffective and consistent project delivery. The post-holder will work closely with colleagues and participants,ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, integrity and confidentiality, while helping to create ameaningful and lasting impact in the lives of those we support.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of community-based projects aligned with the Foundation’spriority areas of poverty and inclusion
- Act as a key point of contact for project participants,providing guidance, support, and signposting as required
- Supervise and support sessional staff or juniorteam members to ensure high-quality and consistent project delivery
- Collaborate closely with internalcolleagues and external partners to achieve project goals and outcomes
- Monitor project performance andparticipant progress, contributing to reporting and evaluation processes
- Take personal responsibilityfor safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and adults, ensuring all concerns are actedupon appropriately and in line with organisational policy
- Ensure all activities are delivered inaccordance with safeguarding, data protection, and health & safety requirements
- Maintain accuraterecords and documentation in line with organisational standards and upload to our Salesforce CRMsystem
- Uphold the values and reputation of Celtic FC Foundation at all times, demonstratingprofessionalism, empathy, and integrity
- Maintain membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG)Scheme for both children and adults, as required by the role
- Ensure all communications with colleaguesis professional, appropriate and considerate of individual needs and circumstances
- Actively build andmaintain positive working relationships with Colleagues across the Club, ensuring a collaborative approach isadopted at all times

- Alongside HR, provide relevant wellbeing support tocolleagues and maintain open channels of communication ensuring sufficient opportunity is available for teammembers to ask for support
- Ensure the health and wellbeing of colleagues is considered in all teamtasks, processes and communications
Skills and Experience required:
- Training or certification in safeguarding, mental health awareness, or trauma-informedpractice.
- Demonstrable experience in coordinating or delivering community-based projects, ideally withinthe third sector or charitable organisations
- Experience working with vulnerable children, young people,and/or adults, including knowledge of relevant safeguarding practices
- Experience of supervising orsupporting staff in a delivery setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the abilityto engage a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism,including managing conflict or distressed individuals with empathy and appropriate boundaries
- Goodorganisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritieseffectively
- Competence in using Microsoft Office and digital tools for communication andreporting.

- Relevant qualification in Community Development, Social Work, Education, Youth Work, Project Management or arelated field
- Knowledge of the local community landscape in Glasgow and surroundingareas
- Experience of partnership working with local authorities, schools, or third-sectororganisations
- Full, clean driving licence and access to transport

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and match days
