Job summary

Regional Recruitment Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Graduate/Project Civil Engineer to join an established consultancy. You’ll work on below-ground drainage, highways and SuDS across commercial, residential and education sectors, with projects up to £40 million.

Hybrid working (3 days in the office after probation), 25 days leave, training and development, and opportunities for chartership mentoring are offered.

Qualifications

• Essential Civil Engineering qualification.
• 2–3 years’ post-graduate experience preferred, though candidates with no post-graduate experience will be considered.
• Experience in design of below-ground foul and surface water drainage systems.
• Competent in producing drawings using AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SuDS.
• Familiarity with MicroDrainage and/or InfoDrainage software.
• Familiarity with highways design and how it interacts with drainage design.
• Ability to liaise with local authority planning departments and Lead Local Flood Authorities.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Undertake civil design across a wide variety of civil and structural engineering projects.
• Work across commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare and education sectors.
• Work on projects valued up to £40 million.
• Design below-ground foul and surface water drainage systems.
• Produce accurate engineering drawings using AutoCAD.

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Graduate/Project Civil Engineer to join an established and growing engineering consultancy, with locations in Enderby, Leicester and Pitsford, Northampton.
