Job summary

RGB Network is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer for its London team. You will work on highways, infrastructure and drainage projects, receiving structured mentoring and exposure from concept to detailed design and delivery.

You will develop skills with AutoCAD, Civil 3D or Causeway Flow and support senior engineers on real projects in a supportive consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• MEng would be advantageous
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Ability to work to deadlines within a busy team
• Good communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Support project engineers with drawings, calculations, reports and design documents
• Participate from concept through to detailed design and delivery
• Attend site visits to understand project constraints and construction processes
• Develop knowledge of civil engineering design software and industry standards
• Support delivery of high-quality engineering solutions
• Work alongside project engineers, technicians and senior engineers
• Identify and manage risks within your area of responsibility
• Build understanding of sustainable development and engineering principles

A growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join its London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Civil Engineering graduate looking to start their career within a supportive consultancy, gaining hands‑on experience across highways, infrastructure and drainage projects.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers and technicians, receiving structured mentoring while getting involved in real projects from early concept and planning through to detailed design and delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting project engineers with drawings, calculations, reports and design documents
• Getting involved in projects from concept through to detailed design and delivery
• Attending site visits to understand project constraints and construction processes
• Developing your knowledge of civil engineering design software and industry standards
• Supporting the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions
• Working alongside project engineers, technicians and senior engineers
• Identifying and managing risks within your area of responsibility
• Building your understanding of sustainable development and engineering principles

About You

We're looking for a graduate who is genuinely enthusiastic about starting a career in civil engineering and wants to develop within a supportive technical environment.

You'll ideally have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline
• An MEng would be advantageous
• A genuine interest in civil engineering and problem-solving
• A willingness to learn and develop your technical skills
• The ability to work to deadlines within a busy team

• A proactive approach and willingness to take responsibility

Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D or Causeway Flow would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Previous experience in highways, infrastructure or drainage is also advantageous but not required.
